Your present location is not important because we utilise the latest technology to run our practice and at all times you will feel like one of the team.

If you are interested in joining us, you must be a solicitor with at least 5 years' excellent post qualification experience gained in one of our core practice areas.

Given the investment that we make in you and the nature of our business model, you must also be seeking to make a genuine career move in this direction and have an intention to grow your own business, rather than be looking for a short term solution to redundancy or unemployment. You might already have a client following but if not you must have a desire to develop or grow your practice.

Although you will not be directly employed by Sirius, we take recruitment very seriously indeed and the process therefore will be no less stringent than any other quality law practice. You will be asked to meet with the founders of the business at a mutually convenient location.

After a short presentation from us and in addition to the usual interview questions that one might expect, you will be asked to present your thoughts on how you intend to grow your own practice and therefore ours.

Successful candidates will be asked to join us within one week of this process.
